Friday 31st and Saturday June 1st saw Tiny Dancers display at the Maleny Show in the Sunshine Coast hinterland. Even though the weather did not favour the event, the crowd was enthusiastic and our display proved a hit with adults and children alike.
We travelled down from Hervey Bay on Thursday to set up our display and the organisers for the show were gracious in providing us with enough room for both our tent and our vehicle. Thank you, Lois, for your constant help in the days leading up to the event. It was a last-minute decision and the show society was gracious enough to accommodate us at short notice. We will be returning next year with a new bunch of kids to show how amazing this tiny breed of goats are. No one could believe how tiny they were, and it was great to impart knowledge on the Pygmy breed and the main differences between this breed and others.
